Jim and his wife came to our practice as referrals from an existing patient. He was very particular about the results that he wanted to achieve and how he wanted us to help him accomplish them. We collaborated with him on these goals:
- address the teeth that were weakened due to large fillings
- Keep his remaining teeth for a lifetime
- Allow him to participate in decision making process
- Guide him in the proper maintenance of his new dentistry
